EVENT RULES AND ACCEPTANCE
If accepted, you will need to pay for your table by November 15th or it will be offered to someone on the waiting list. A table at the Artists Alley is $100. The ticket includes 1 six foot table, 2 chairs, as well as 2 passes to KotoriCon (one for the artist and one helper.) If you purchased a ticket to Kotoricon, you can request a refund on the ticketing website if you are invited to take a table in Artists Alley. (We also offer a Discount Price of $80 if you provide the equivalent of $20 in donation that will go to prizes or items for our Charity Auction.)
Artists Alley will only be open from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM on Saturday January 12th (Friday night after 4 PM and Saturday starting at 8 AM will be reserved for early setup and registration). Artists may not set up after 10 AM on Saturday morning. (Vacant tables will be offered to neighboring artists or VIPs). We have tickets capped at 1,500 attendees and plan on accepting around 25 artists/crafters.
Please refer your friends and customers to the http://KotoriCon.org website for the link to registration.
Please note that purchase of a ticket means you will abide by the rules and regulations on our website http://kotoricon.org, and you agree that pictures taken of you at KotoriCon can be used for promotion. Pictures may also be taken of the Artists Alley area by attendees.
Artists who have paid for their space will be asked to set up either Friday evening or Saturday morning. No artists can set up after the convention opens. If they come late their space is forfeit. No artists will be accepted to fill in missing spaces the day of the convention.
